BT Sport were looking to generate hype around their second year of exclusive WWE broadcasting in the UK. A creative team from Wunderman Thompson developed a concept where a commentary box would be installed outside Wembley Stadium. Commentators would call out and 'hype up' members of the public as they passed by.
My role was to develop a campaign identity that sat within the WWE world, whilst remaining on brand with BT Sport. A 3D lockup was created using the BT Curve typeface and this sat within a specially created background scene with spotlights and smoke effects, whilst using the BT indigo and pink brand colours. We worked with an animator to bring the lockup to life within the digital banners and the Instagram filter.
